Joel Pollock’s work at Miami’s Panther Coffee has come full circle with this month’s pick from Ecuador. Joel regularly travels throughout South America, where he sources coffees from fresh local harvests. His customers – primarily from coffee-growing countries throughout the Americas – are proud to experience his quality take on their regional speciality. One particular customer, Steve Santana, inspired Joel to explore coffee from his native Ecuador. Pollock listened, and returned with this brew, which Santana loves and orders regularly. We think you’ll love it, too, with its clean and delicate profile, marked by a juicy orange acidity and flavors of pears and barley malt.
